Excellence Shelters Pvt. Ltd. is the company formed under Govt. of India’s Companies’ Act of 1956. It was incorporated on 29th October 2008 with a mission to help common man get the benefit of the real-estate market and in turn fulfill his dreams.

Company approach

The company will undergo three stages:–

Asset creation:

The company will initially acquire assets in the form of land, commercial space and construction equipment. With this asset your company can build capital which will fuel stupendous growth. The company will then be in a position to pass on the benefits to our valuable customers.

Land development:

The value of real-estate is going to appreciate day by day but the increase will be more drastic after adding value to it. For e.g. if it is an agricultural land then by improving the soil quality and use of better irrigation methods we can ensure that the value of the land will increase many folds.

Construction:

By gaining exposure in the above mentioned stages your company will be ideally positioned to take maximum benefit through entering in construction activity. This will yield more profits and sustain the growth achieved in the previous stages.
